In High School I hated running, like really hated it! I took it up to build up cardio for tennis and somehow got hooked and have been running ever since. I love running now! It’s what keeps me mentally stable! I’ve run a lot of races, marathons and ultra marathons and a few years back I took up trail running. I love being outside and in the mountains running and feeling free and seeing the world as I run by. Every Wednesday I’ll post running tips, my training progress and my favorite gear for running.
